This was some of my breakfast today:
I put almonds, apricots and bananas in the blender and mix everything into a cream, top it off with some fresh fruits like blueberries and kiwi.
This is a delicious spread that I use on bread or veggies. It is made from almonds and tomatoes, leek and a splash of olive oil.
