Day Three

Today was all about healing. I  have found a new connection within, allowing love to flow freely. And I got some help from the beautiful sun :) Here are some picture of this beautiful place.

Day One

First day in the cabin. I feel so relaxed and at peace. It is so quiet here and the air is so fresh. I had a beautiful walk with Asha and then some lovely raw food.
We are making so much progress with the latest track "let's start over". Marco is currently recording a groovy yet psychedelic "a la Jacob Pastorius" base.
Mmmm I think I deserve to hit the sauna soon :)

LP plates?

I'm in love...., Last night at dinner the chefs at La Masia in Visby served us a delicious Broccoli Soup "on the house" in these beautiful LP "look-alike" plates. I will go back there today to ask them where I can buy them.

Visby aka Wise Village...

My first day here in Visby has been wonderful. I'm staying at Hotel1 a lovely boutique hotel.

I had lunch at Creperie och Logi, this is heaven for crepeoholics! The atmosphere is peaceful and cozy and the staff is really kind and accommodating, I had a delicious vegan galette with mushrooms, spinach, rucola, sunflowers seeds, sun dried tomatoes and fresh tomatoes, and it was so Yummy!

They had cute cups that had KRAM (means HUG in Swedish) written on them :)

I am definitely hoping to eat here again before I go back to Stockholm. There is so much to see here in Visby, beautiful buildings, cute little shops, an astounding view of the ocean. I'm going to spend my time her getting inspired by all this, and really enjoying the vibrations and get some work done on my book.


Now I'm off to eat dinner at La Masía Restaurant & Tapas Bar with Mr. Right.

Green life in Helsinki

There is a green way of life in Helsinki even though It's currently -26° c here.

Finns are so creative when it comes to recycling and design.

For example I found this lovely shop GLOBE HOPE that makes ecological design out of recycled materials. I bought this lovely rose made out of old zippers and some old quilts. I love it!

I also love what they are doing with old keyboard keys. Look at this, it is so creative!
