Time for change..

I feel like I'm ready for some change in my life. I'm going to start this by making a physical and mental detox. 3 days of Raw Food and NLP and uplifting inspirational books, video clips etc.

I played the Abounding River Board Game today and got this card: Every moment in life is a choice, what master are you serving? I want to serve love, courage and faith. So it's time form me to practice what I preach and bloom and be my full potential.

Celebrating Swedish Midsummer.

I spent the day in the woods together with my boyfriend and my dog Asha.
We ha a nice  BBQ  (Veggies and tofu, Yummy!), and we watched the beautiful sunset.

I love the Swedish summer. The days are so long and the nights are magical!! Just look at this beautiful sky!! This picture was taken today at 22.00.
At this time of the year the sun sets for about 2 hours, then it's time for sunrise again.
Midsummer is a special day in Sweden. People usually celebrate it by singing and dancing around a pole. Me and my boyfriend celebrated this day by making a special promise to one and other: to always be as loving as possible to ourselves and each other. Hope you all have a magical and loving midsummer. /Klara

Self Worth

I had a great lesson in "self worth" today. I realized that in some cases, my fear of hurting other people's feelings has been stopping me from pursuing my life's work. I made a commitment to myself to always be true to me and follow my inner guidance no matter what.
Wishing you all love and clarity.

The Abounding River Board Game

I love playing the The Abounding River Board Game, it raises my vibration and reminds me of who I really am. Sometimes I don't feel that I have the time to play the game properly, so I just take one card and start or end my day with a nice quote or a task to do. This morning I got this lovely quote.
"We don't see things as they are, we see them as we are"  - Anais Nin

I believe in everything

"I believe in everything until it's disproved. So I believe in fairies, the myths, and dragons. It all exists, even if it is in your mind. Who's to say that dreams and nightmares aren't as real as the here and now?" - John Lennon

Quote of the day..

"I express the joy of my soul as I move through the day"
This affirmation from Orin fits me today :)
This day has been a happy day full of surprises. I just learned that SVT (Swedish Television) played my song Smiiiile in their show "Mästarnas Mästare".
I am so happy and grateful right now, and I look forward to more exciting news to come.
Love and Light to all of you and SMILE it's free!!!

My Tree Story

When I was a little girl my mom used to tell me that the birch trees outside my window were applauding when I played the piano. So every time I played I used to stand up and bow to the tress outside my window... and they were applauding me every single time.

I'm proud to be a tree hugger! :)

Wake Up..

If I'm ever going to make a cover this is the song I would choose.

And look at these guys now, they still got it and the music is timeless.

Food for Thought...

Here is a quote that might help people that are struggling i financially. Everything you do counts. And the reward will come much faster if you enjoy every step on the way and focus on your progress.

"When you receive payment for work, you are exchanging your experience for money. Every day you are gaining experiences that can be turned into money; your earning power is growing. Your knowledge, skills, and experiences are worth money when used in the right way. In the future you will have even more skills that can create money for you. " from Creating Money by Sanaya Roman and Duane Packer

Spring is here and with it comes new beginnings :)

A beautiful tree that I befriended in Amsterdam.

Day thirteen

Time to go back to the city and leave utopia. When we were driving back from the cabin the beautiful full moon was shining its magical light on us. I got a feeling it was saying that the circle is complete now. I have grown so much during these 2 weeks, this is just what I needed. I have learned to allow the magic that is life, and let go of control and just go with the flow. It doesn't matter how long something takes, it's the ride that matters. Now I'm going to create another adventure for myself, maybe a 30 day transformation with raw food?

Day Nine

Today has been an interesting day. I got a golden opportunity to overstand and learn how to love myself unconditionally and treat myself and what I do with the deepest respect. I got to practice integrity today, I got to clarify that my time is precious and that I no longer throw it away on things and people that are not in alignment with my life path.
I also learned that it is good to ask for help. I noticed that we could use an extra hand with some productions and asked Sling Fingers If he could help. And as soon as I uttered the words to him a stone fell of my chest. I have nothing to prove to no one.....I just want to have fun :)

Beautiful Words by Serdar Ozkan ♥

There was once a wave in the ocean, rolling along, enjoying the warmth of the sun and the swiftness of the breeze.
It smiled at everything around it as it made its way toward the shore.

But then, it suddenly noticed that the waves in front of it, one by one, were striking against the cliff face, being savagely broken to pieces.

‘Oh God!’ it cried. ‘My end will be just like theirs. Soon I, too, will crash and disappear!’

Just then another wave passing by saw the first wave’s panic and asked:

‘Why are you so anxious? Look how beautiful the weather is, see the sun, feel the breeze…’

The first wave replied:

‘Don’t you see? See how violently those waves before us strike against the cliff, look at the terrible way they disappear. We’ll soon become nothing just like them.’

‘Oh, but you don’t understand,’ the second wave said. ‘You’re not a wave. You’re a part of the ocean.’

Alignment...

This past week has brought me a lot of clarity and faith. I now ask for courage and trust to help me on my way. I enjoy working on this book and CD, and I want to do the best I can and truly respond to my ability. This creative project is growing in size and more and more pieces are falling into place every day. I am learning how to relax and enjoy the ride and to treat myself good.... Today I celebrated life by eating a wonderful Asian inspired dinner, and I topped it of with a delicious raw dessert.

Tofu rubbed in peanut butter and sea salt fried together with mushrooms marinated in soy sauce with ginger, chili, leek and some soy sauce marinated zucchini. I served this with some rice noodles and a salad.

First I mixed almonds, cashews, and some raw cocoa. Then I added 2 bananas and some raisins and 5 dried apricots. I served it with raspberries. It was DELICIOUS!

Celebration!

Today I am celebrating that positive change is happening in Senegal!
A wonderful organization called Tostan (which means breakthrough in Wolof) reports that:
Over the past decade, over 90% of the 5,000 communities estimated to practice FGC (Female Genital Cutting) in Senegal have publicly abandoned this harmful tradition along with child/forced marriage.
This is great news! Love and awareness is spreading across the globe, we are evolving... this is reason to celebrate!

I Love my life ♥

"Let yourself be silently drawn By the stronger pull of what You truly love" -Rumi-
I have let myself be drawn into the amazing world of creativity and bliss!
I love my life and I love what I do, feel, eat, think, see, love!!!
I am grateful that I have rid myself of fears and allowed myself to walk my life-path, and do what I came here to do: BE...

I wrote my creed in the sand on Ocean Beach, San Francisco
