Good news!

I went to Hemköp  (a Swedish grocery store) and I have some good news :) They have begun using bio degradable bags now!!!! Voilà people you are looking at Sweden's first eco- friendly shopping bag.

Day thirteen

Time to go back to the city and leave utopia. When we were driving back from the cabin the beautiful full moon was shining its magical light on us. I got a feeling it was saying that the circle is complete now. I have grown so much during these 2 weeks, this is just what I needed. I have learned to allow the magic that is life, and let go of control and just go with the flow. It doesn't matter how long something takes, it's the ride that matters. Now I'm going to create another adventure for myself, maybe a 30 day transformation with raw food?

Day twelve

I spent this lovely day together with Sling Fingers and Marco Deb at Stendörren, a Nature Reserve in Nyköping. This is Mother nature at her best.

Day ten.. I cut my hair...

Yaaay I feel so good today :).  I celebrated this happiness by asking my producer Marco Deb to cut my hair!

Day Three

Today was all about healing. I  have found a new connection within, allowing love to flow freely. And I got some help from the beautiful sun :) Here are some picture of this beautiful place.

Productive Sunday.

Today I spent most of the day tying up loose ends, and it feels great!!!
I finally got my kitchen lamp up! (Thank you Olof)
The lack of a proper lamp in the kitchen has been bugging me for a long time, and  now suddenly it feels like a huge weight has dropped from my shoulders.  I have learned about the disadvantages of procrastination, and how easy life can be when I stop believing that things are hard.
I'm ending this night with a nice cup of herbal tea.. the present moment feels soooo good :)

Sometimes when I spend long hours in front of the computer my hands tend to get cold. But I have fixed that problem with these beautiful wrist warmers that I bought at Akantus  (I'll write more about this lovely shop in another post soon) in Visby.

Visby aka Wise Village...

My first day here in Visby has been wonderful. I'm staying at Hotel1 a lovely boutique hotel.

I had lunch at Creperie och Logi, this is heaven for crepeoholics! The atmosphere is peaceful and cozy and the staff is really kind and accommodating, I had a delicious vegan galette with mushrooms, spinach, rucola, sunflowers seeds, sun dried tomatoes and fresh tomatoes, and it was so Yummy!

They had cute cups that had KRAM (means HUG in Swedish) written on them :)

I am definitely hoping to eat here again before I go back to Stockholm. There is so much to see here in Visby, beautiful buildings, cute little shops, an astounding view of the ocean. I'm going to spend my time her getting inspired by all this, and really enjoying the vibrations and get some work done on my book.


Now I'm off to eat dinner at La Masía Restaurant & Tapas Bar with Mr. Right.

I love finding new ways to utilize stuff.  Old tin cans can be used as as decorative pen holders or why not plant some herbs or flowers in them?

Klara Kazmi featuring the world...

Today I'm recording with Marco Deb aka Baloo. The song is called "Got to" and all the sounds are mouth made by us, Asha (my dog) and some birds and hopefully more people will join us soon. I really enjoy this creative process it's challenging, playful and a fun at the same time. It feels like I get to include and document my whole world in this process, by recording people and beings that I love and appreciate... next I'm going to try to get my boyfriend to whistle on this track :)

I Love San Francisco

I had a lovely time in San Francisco, the whole city is just like a big complex artwork.
There are beautiful murals and sweet houses everywhere. Even the fire posts look cute.
