Time for change..

I feel like I'm ready for some change in my life. I'm going to start this by making a physical and mental detox. 3 days of Raw Food and NLP and uplifting inspirational books, video clips etc.

I played the Abounding River Board Game today and got this card: Every moment in life is a choice, what master are you serving? I want to serve love, courage and faith. So it's time form me to practice what I preach and bloom and be my full potential.

Good news!

I went to Hemköp  (a Swedish grocery store) and I have some good news :) They have begun using bio degradable bags now!!!! Voilà people you are looking at Sweden's first eco- friendly shopping bag.

Day Nine

Today has been an interesting day. I got a golden opportunity to overstand and learn how to love myself unconditionally and treat myself and what I do with the deepest respect. I got to practice integrity today, I got to clarify that my time is precious and that I no longer throw it away on things and people that are not in alignment with my life path.
I also learned that it is good to ask for help. I noticed that we could use an extra hand with some productions and asked Sling Fingers If he could help. And as soon as I uttered the words to him a stone fell of my chest. I have nothing to prove to no one.....I just want to have fun :)

(Day Eight) Conscious men

I am deeply moved by this gesture, it helped to heal something that had been hurting for a long time. I feel so much Compassion for all men on earth!! May you all be proud of the powerful conscious male energy that you all carry.
This was the highlight of my day :)

This is so inspiring. People are staring to grow food in their backyards in New York City. Holistic thinking for the win :)

Celebration!

Today I am celebrating that positive change is happening in Senegal!
A wonderful organization called Tostan (which means breakthrough in Wolof) reports that:
Over the past decade, over 90% of the 5,000 communities estimated to practice FGC (Female Genital Cutting) in Senegal have publicly abandoned this harmful tradition along with child/forced marriage.
This is great news! Love and awareness is spreading across the globe, we are evolving... this is reason to celebrate!
