Day Six

Today has been a productive day. Sling Fingers and Marco have laid down some harmonies on Let's start over :) I think we will finish this track tomorrow. I have had problems picking a track for the first single. I think I will send a couple songs to some friends and ask their opinion. But right now I have a crush on "Let's start over" This song means a lot to me. It helps me to focus on starting over every day, and seeing people with new eyes, including myself. Cause I am growing every day and no one ever stays the same.

Day Five

I have been singing my heart out today :) Laying down vocals on " Let's Start Over". I noticed how much fun it is to sing in front of a fireplace. The whole atmosphere here just makes everything so easy.
We are almost finished with this track and it feels so good. I hope to share it with you soon :)

Today I ate yet another lovely raw food creation :)

Day Three

Today was all about healing. I  have found a new connection within, allowing love to flow freely. And I got some help from the beautiful sun :) Here are some picture of this beautiful place.

Day Two

I have had a relaxing and creative day full of raw food and sunshine :) I really appreciate the stillness and tranquility here this place gives me so many insights.

We finished the baseline on "Let's Start Over" and still had time for other creative experiences. I wrote some recipes and and took some lovely photos for the book. I want to share a tasty delight with you.

Coconut Dream

1/2 dl 0.2 cup cashew nuts

1/2 dl 0.2 cup pecan nuts

5 tbs coconut flakes

6 dried apricots

5 dried dates

1 tbs virgin coconut oil

Put the nuts and coconut flakes in the blender, mix them for a short while. Then add the dates, apricots and the coconut oil. Mix everything into a nice dough.

Form the dough into small rolls or balls.

Day One

First day in the cabin. I feel so relaxed and at peace. It is so quiet here and the air is so fresh. I had a beautiful walk with Asha and then some lovely raw food.
We are making so much progress with the latest track "let's start over". Marco is currently recording a groovy yet psychedelic "a la Jacob Pastorius" base.
Mmmm I think I deserve to hit the sauna soon :)

I'm going to lock myself in the studio for 2 weeks to finish the last touches on this album:) I'm so excited!!!
