Growing...

I started this day by drinking lemon water. One hour later I had a lovely detox breakfast.  A green smoothie with spinach, bananas, hemp seeds and spirulina. It was delicious!

For Lunch I had some fresh organic spinach and tomatoes with my delicious nut spread made from fresh herbs, cashew nuts, almonds, some olive oil and one tomato.

I'm loving this raw food detox program that I have created for myself. I feel so alive and energetic. I'm beginning to create a desire to make a transition to eating 75-80% raw. I know that I can do it, I just have to create the right motivation. I think it's time for me to make a motivation program for that and many other goals that I want to achieve :) Hmm maybe I'll make an affirmation board.

Time for change..

I feel like I'm ready for some change in my life. I'm going to start this by making a physical and mental detox. 3 days of Raw Food and NLP and uplifting inspirational books, video clips etc.

I played the Abounding River Board Game today and got this card: Every moment in life is a choice, what master are you serving? I want to serve love, courage and faith. So it's time form me to practice what I preach and bloom and be my full potential.

Celebrating Swedish Midsummer.

I spent the day in the woods together with my boyfriend and my dog Asha.

We ha a nice  BBQ  (Veggies and tofu, Yummy!), and we watched the beautiful sunset.

I love the Swedish summer. The days are so long and the nights are magical!! Just look at this beautiful sky!! This picture was taken today at 22.00. 

At this time of the year the sun sets for about 2 hours, then it's time for sunrise again.

Midsummer is a special day in Sweden. People usually celebrate it by singing and dancing around a pole. Me and my boyfriend celebrated this day by making a special promise to one and other: to always be as loving as possible to ourselves and each other. Hope you all have a magical and loving midsummer. /Klara

Self Worth

I had a great lesson in "self worth" today. I realized that in some cases, my fear of hurting other people's feelings has been stopping me from pursuing my life's work. I made a commitment to myself to always be true to me and follow my inner guidance no matter what.

While I was cooking I looked out the window and saw this.

The Abounding River Board Game

I love playing the The Abounding River Board Game, it raises my vibration and reminds me of who I really am. Sometimes I don't feel that I have the time to play the game properly, so I just take one card and start or end my day with a nice quote or a task to do. This morning I got this lovely quote.

Gojo Fasika

Mmm still can't get over the wonderful dinner I  had with my sweetheart at Gojo Fasika last night.
I love Ethiopian food. I have always prefered eating with my hands, I really like to feel the food and the whole concept of being in touch with what it is you are eating speaks to me.
Another thing i like with Ethiopian food is that you all eat from the same plate. It's always good to practice sharing right? We remembered to take a picture a little too late, most of this lovely food was already happily digesting in our stomachs :)

Yay- yet another year!

Today is a special day! It's my sweetheart's birthday! We started of with breakfast in bed and then continued the celebration by eating at Hermans. I just love their vegan pastries.
They are so delicious!

 

After enjoying the stunning view from Hermans terrace, we went to the movies to see  
Kung Fu Panda 2 I loved it!!! This is by far the best movie I've seen this year. Such a great Moral Sense and beautiful graphics. After the movie we went to the S.O.S Festival at Nytorps gärdet close to our home.

We met some really cool people and enjoyed the music and the good vibrations. And now we're going to end this lovely day by curling up in our sofa with a nice cup of herbal tea. LIFE IS GOOD!

Video Shoot for Progress

I'm so grateful for the awesome crew, a lovely group of people who really made my day!

 The super talented MakeUp Artist Lisa Lysén did my make up. 

It's so nice to work with such a calm and thorough person.

My beautiful friend Anna Schön allowed us to film her and her beautiful eyes (that you unfortunately can't see in this picture, cause my dog Asha is stealing all the attention).

 

My creative and multi-talented boyfriend Olof Gustafsson aka Sling Fingers acted as a "creative consultant" and also took most of these pictures, this is the only one he is actually in :)

Innovative producer and Professional Funhaver Marco Deb, always spreads warmth and laughter around him.

The talented Cinematographer Iga Mikler experimented with the 8mm app 4 iphone, and it looked so good that we decided to shoot the whole video with 2 iphones. 

There is nothing you can't do with an iphone.

My wonderful father Pervaiz Kazmi. 

He is the most supportive father in the whole world 

and he always says yes when I ask him to be in one of my videos :)

We are recording a video for my new single Progress. The lovely Lisa Lysén just did my makeup.....
I love it :)  Here are some crappy webcam photos, I 'll post some better once tomorrow.

Now I have to sit still and try not to rub my eyes while everybody else ( the whole crew) eat falafel... Aughhh I'm so bad at wearing make up :D

Good news!

I went to Hemköp  (a Swedish grocery store) and I have some good news :) They have begun using bio degradable bags now!!!! Voilà people you are looking at Sweden's first eco- friendly shopping bag.

Sunny Spring

The Sun is Shining... inside and outside :) I have had such a lovely day. First I pimped my Balcony a little, by planting some herbs and flowers. My sweet boyfriend helped me hang them up so now there are floating pots around my balcony... NICE!!!

 Then I had a peaceful lunch at Lampans Thai food the best Thai food in Stockholm, and topped it off with a visit to Gudrun Sjödén. I have totally missed out on her!!! Didn't know that she had so many awesome designs. I found many nice things in that store, came home with two beautiful shopping bags!!!

Tomorrow is another beautiful day....looking forward to eating a nice RAW lunch on my beautiful balcony.

My Tree Story

When I was a little girl my mom used to tell me that the birch trees outside my window were applauding when I played the piano. So every time I played I used to stand up and bow to the tress outside my window... and they were applauding me every single time.


I'm proud to be a tree hugger! :)

Goodstore

Oh How I love Goodstore, they have all sorts of eco friendly stuff, and delicious raw vegan treats, like this heavenly RAW chocolate ice cream from Booja Booja it tastes so good and only contains water , cashew, agave syrup and chocolate!!!. 

I am so eager to try these soap nuts the next time I do my laundry, they are totally toxic free . I am on a quest to rid my home of all harmful chemicals. Life feels good :)
