Why do we consider some love handles ugly? or a crack showing when someone bends down low disgusting?

I was just wondering how anything on our beautiful bodies could be considered ugly... so I wrote a song about that today… Let it all hang out!!!

I love finding new ways to utilize stuff.  Old tin cans can be used as as decorative pen holders or why not plant some herbs or flowers in them?

What cereal am I eating? I'm trying to feed my body mind and soul with as much love as possible and I try to always check the label just to be sure :)

Receiving a Soul Message

Sometimes when I need guidance or a pick me up I visit this site and click on an affirmation category.

Today I got this affirmation "I know I have unlimited potential".  Just the reminder that I needed.

I'm going to incorporate even more self love in my next new year's resolution, but more about that in a couple of days :)

Today I'm recording with Marco Deb aka Baloo. The song is called "Got to" and all the sounds are mouth made by us, Asha (my dog) and some birds and hopefully more people will join us soon. I really enjoy this creative process it's challenging, playful and a fun at the same time. It feels like I get to include and document my whole world in this process, by recording people and beings that I love and appreciate... next I'm going to try to get my boyfriend to whistle on this track :)

Sweep, sweep...

It's good to clean out the old. I have decided to clean out some bad vibes from my closet.  I recently noticed that I have been wasting my energy on events, people and things that are not in 100% alignment with my Life path. All of that because somewhere deep inside of me there is an area in my heart that carries a scared unloved child that found them more important than me. I'm always happy when I see a pattern that I want to shift, an area that needs more love, a dark corner to illuminate. Clarity brings me peace of mind and relief. So now I'm taking my broom and sweeping and sweeping. And I have decided to decorate all the walls inside my heart with loving and encouraging images to help me walk my life path with pride, eagerness, love and dignity.
I am now willing to be open to the love everywhere!

What time is it?

This wonderful clock is hanging in my favorite veggie restaurant in Oslo Norway, Vega Fair Food.
The last time I was there I was in a hurry and looked at this clock.... apparently I had forgotten that the time is always NOW!

I had a lovely winter walk today with my lovely partner in crime, my dog Asha The Pumi!
She is such a blessing ♥

NOW!

Standing in the stairway on my way out I realized that NOW is perfect! I have been waiting for my wonderful future to manifest, missing that the equally wonderful NOW is present. Suddenly I appreciated the beauty and calmness of winter and marveled over how beautiful the snowflakes looked when they were dancing with the wind under the streetlights. Today I stopped to enjoy the snow covered landscapes, every frosted branch of the majestic Elm growing across the street. I stood outside my house with an open mouth trying to catch some snowflakes on my tongue, and everything was perfect.
The best thing is that NOW is always here.

I Love San Francisco

I had a lovely time in San Francisco, the whole city is just like a big complex artwork.
There are beautiful murals and sweet houses everywhere. Even the fire posts look cute.

Recording Grow Up!

I had loads of fun recording Grow Up - Loveolution Remix. The best part was that the recording was so effortless! Me and Marco (my producer) just had fun and started to play, sing and dance just like kids do.

We were clinking on jars and glasses and we recorded some mouth made drums.

It's so nice to be able to work from home sometimes even though i like some studios, my place is the best!!!!
